The idea of setting up a global network of professionals had its origins in early 2001 when Chris decided to leave Icon Medialab (now http://www.lbi.com) after having worked as their chief technology adviser/developer within the areas of enterprise flash development.
His constant urge to produce the best possible solutions have led him to believe, that this could only be possible through teams that consisted of the most highly skilled workforce in the respective areas of expertise.
Though, not only expertise was crucial, but the ability of getting the team members to work together as a unity, no matter which area of expertise they represented, appeared quite difficult to say at least.
Whenever having given the chance of putting together teams he kept on recruiting people into his team, regardless of their physical location. Since the early days he has been able to establish stable long lasting relationships with various professionals.
